• Email us at payments@totalsurvivor.com

• Provide the following information: Username, current email address on app, current real money account balance.

• We will email you to process the withdraw through the preferred medium of your choice: PayPal, Bitcoin or e-transfer (Canada only) 

• tRequests will be reviewed and usually usually processed within 24 hours.
